Masterplan for the upgrading of our security system

The first phase of perimeter fencing upgrading from chain-link to HDG (hot-dipped galvanized) was completed in May 2015. This was mainly for fencing along Persiaran Aman Perdana. The committee would like to propose the upgrading of perimeter fencing for the rest of Jalan 3. Please refer to the chart below (perimeter fencing in white):

The committee has received quotations from a few suppliers. The total cost for upgrading the perimeter fencing and installation of CCTVs is about RM 200,000 (subject to approval at next AGM). The cost per household is about RM1,000.
A survey will be conducted to get feedback from Jalan 3 residents on the upgrading proposal.

Puan Irene Wong is Ahli Majlis, MPK representing Zon N43B that includes Taman Aman Perdana. She is very supportive of our activities and have facilitated many times to expedite MPK's services to our neighbourhood. 

In the letter to Adun Sementa, Y.B. Puan Dr. Daroyah we have requested that Puan Irene continue to serve our community for many years to come.

Please assemble at the guardhouse at 10 pm. The route taken can normally be covered in one hour.

It is a good way to know the neighbourhood and it is good fun. The committee members have been doing this for more than a month.

Rondaan ini akan membuatkan kita lebih memahami persikataran kawasan dan menyeronokkan. AJK sudah melakukan aktiviti ini senjak sebulan yang lalu.
